Joe Dickinson
With over 25 years of experience in dog training, I have honed my skills and expertise to become a trusted authority in the field. My journey began in 2008, during the height of the recession in the United States, when I established my dog training business. Despite the challenging economic climate, I persevered and continued to train dogs and their owners, helping them build strong bonds and achieve lasting behavioral transformations.
Throughout my career, I have also had the privilege of training numerous aspiring dog trainers. Today, I am proud to say that all of the dog trainers who have learned under my guidance have gone on to establish successful full-time dog training businesses. They not only provide for their families but also enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle, thanks to the knowledge and skills they gained from my training programs.
My track record of success, combined with the success stories of my students-turned-professionals, is a testament to the quality and effectiveness of my training methods. I have completed all courses in the Dunbar Academy and trained under Molly, a local behaviorist in Utah who worked for a renowned veterinary clinic. Certified to conduct the Meet Your Match assessment program through the ASPCA for rescue and shelter dogs, Joe has gained extensive experience in stock dog training, working with respected trainers like Robin McGregor and Michael Dow. With a lifelong dedication to observing and participating in dog training, Joe discovered a passion for teaching people how to train their dogs. Joe also spearheaded the enrichment program at the local animal control and holds numerous certifications with the AKC, including Canine Good Citizen Evaluator for all four levels, S.T.A.R. Puppy Evaluator, Community Canine Evaluator, Urban CGC Evaluator, Family Dog Evaluator, and AKC temperament tester.
